In France Jean BUCQUET developed an extensive background in business as a general manager and communications and marketing consultant. Jean emigrated from France to America in 1999 and has utilized his training and expertise to grow his business both domestically and abroad.
He reinforced his knowledge of the American society through his experience of teaching French and French culture for private clients in the pharmaceutical industry, television producers, and major language schools in the NY tri-state area.
JB Cross-Cultural Consulting, LLC was created when Jean was approached by a client inquiring about cross-cultural training sessions. The client wanted training on both sides of the Atlantic to assist their bi-national teams communicate better and improve their productivity despite their differences.
JB Cross-Cultural Consulting LLC develops and implements cross-cultural communication strategies to help people from different countries work more effectively together. Our experience encompasses working with large companies in the pharmaceutical industry utilizing NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Transactional Analysis. We also work with small to mid-sized companies and organizations utilizing the same skills.
Our goal is to facilitate effective interaction and teamwork for multi-cultural corporations in the EU and the U.S by conducting cross-cultural presentations/workshops for senior management and specialized teams focused on specific, international projects.
JB Cross-Cultural Consulting LLC functions as a liaison between new and former legacy employees to enhance communication mastering across continents. Our goal is to improve cross-cultural business interactions.
