Why do we need to be aware of other cultures?
We are human beings first. After that, we are the product of a culture that depends, most of the time, on the geography, religion, ethnicity, color of your skin. But we are human beings first and foremost.
Being able to work and communicate together in peace is sometimes difficult because our reptilian brain tells us that what is not usual or routine, is dangerous. It's almost like 100,000 years ago when man was at the mercy of predators - in other words, it was scary and unfamiliar. Today civilization is making us less afraid of differences, but often, we still need to nurture positive attitudes in front of people who are different from us. The first difference is often the language.
I propose different modules of training, to companies and non-profit organizations, that better help them to better deal with diversity on several levels, and to understand and welcome differences. Programs are customized because my experience tells me that all organizations are different and there is never the same problematic. I customize all my trainings with different exercises and lectures.
